Therapy for adults

 

With a strong interest in contextual behavioural science, mindfulness, self-compassion and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, we support you to find what matters to you and what you would like to stand for in the face of life challenges and to aspire to grow. While we cannot change the past, understanding them helps us to move forward with strength and to make an informed choice of who we want to be, now and in future. While we cannot take away our distress and emotions, we can learn to lean in and respond to them differently so that we can live the life that we want.
